STAINED DECORATIVE GLASS

Le-Gardien’s diversified networks allow it to supply stained decorative glass from various sources around the world, which provides permanently decorated, toughened glass without the expenses and time taken by traditional stained glass or screen-printing methods.

Our range of stained decorative glass may be applied to both standard and specialised glasses by simultaneously fusing ceramic-based decals into the glass surface during the toughening process.

Characteristics

  • Water-resistant, scratch-resistant & easy maintenance
  • Easy installation which is similar to normal glass
  • Cost effective because of its light-weight, unlike marble.
  • No colour fading & corrosion compared to marble/ granite
  • Safety glass as toughened process is mandatory.
  • Energy-saving on air-conditioning of use with reflective coating
  • Versalite in use on flat sheet, curved areas and columns/ pillars.
  • Use as spandrel glass due to its permanent durability & strength
  • Decoration unaffected by UV, thermal stress or climate conditions

Availability

  • Range of thickness from 3mm to 19mm.
  • Maximum size of 2438mm x 7500m without any glass joint for 12mm, 15mm & 19mm clear glass (subject to availability of raw glass)
